Many initial steps must be completed before construction can even begin on the home. We seek to educate our clients about the pre-construction process, along with the actual building of the home. We strive for transparency in order to build trust and to avoid surprises as we partner. Our end goal is satisfied clients who will enjoy their quality-built homes for years to come as they create memories to treasure.
What to Expect Along the Way
Initial Consultation
We first meet to hear your vision, view any plans you already may have, and learn about your lifestyle to best suit your needs.
We want to collaborate well on the front end and be good listeners.
Routine Communication
Throughout the project, we communicate routinely through BuilderTrend to keep you up-to-date. You'll even see photos along the way of the progress being made.
Design the Details
Whether we draft your dreams or work with your plans from an architect, we collaborate with you and discuss every aspect of your layout, giving suggestions on selections to personalize your space.
Getting to the Finish Line
After all inspections are complete, we take a final walk-through together. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience as we hand over the keys and let you settle in.
Construction Begins
Upon a signed contract, we begin on permits and getting our trade partners to work! We strive to keep a tight schedule to get you into your new home at the anticipated time. As needed, we will make site visits together.
Beyond the Build
We want you to be comfortable in your new home beyond the final orientation and remain a part of the CDW Homes family. We are available should questions arise and offer a one-year warranty.
