Located just off River Road, this charming, old farmhouse had been relocated once but then had been neglected. Built in the late 1800s, it had square nails and beautiful archways buried under the plaster - a fun discovery! We gave this home a custom remodel to last another 100 years. Special bonus was finding some ancient, love letters from WWII in the attic!

Sometimes the original home cannot be saved, as was the case here after a house fire. This home made the most of the corner lot as we reimagined its design. We collaborated with lauded architect, TM Vavra, to reimagine this home's placement and use. This unique home offers 2 primary suites, 2 laundry hookups, an attic office, and 5 bedrooms!
