This home needed a lot of TLC. We took the second story off, pushed out the back of the house, and got an incredible 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in this custom home addition and renovation! St. Christopher's football field is just beyond the privacy fence around the lovely patio and backyard.

Highland Road
Located just off River Road, this charming, old farmhouse had been relocated once but then had been neglected. Built in the late 1800s, it had square nails and beautiful archways buried under the plaster - a fun discovery! We gave this home a custom remodel to last another 100 years. Special bonus was finding some ancient, love letters from WWII in the attic!

Sometimes the original home cannot be saved, as was the case here after a house fire. This home made the most of the corner lot as we reimagined its design. We collaborated with lauded architect, TM Vavra, to reimagine this home's placement and use. This unique home offers 2 primary suites, 2 laundry hookups, an attic office, and 5 bedrooms! Some of the special touches ae the coffered beams and the LED lit tray ceiling
above the kitchen island.

This is my favorite project because it was for my mother. We divided a lot from the acres that my family already lives on to build a new custom home in Bon Air. Keeping my mom (and favorite client!) close ranks up there as the best thing that I've ever done, and I'd love to help you keep your family close, too.

Vacant lots offer opportunity for new neighbors! This unique lot was a couple blocks off Riverside Drive and a short walk to Belle Island. We partnered with former neighbors to design and build this lovely custom home in an emerging part of the city as they downsized and relocated from the Southside.

This remodel was both challenging and rewarding. On the front, we added a middle entrance at the breezeway and a beautiful barrel-ceiling front porch. We removed the garage roof and added a spacious master suite with plenty of storage space. We expanded the rear of the home to add a family room with a vaulted ceiling.

Near Scott's Addition
This project was done for a dear friend who bought his neighbor's house after the matriarch died. He did the interior demolition and then called in us to finish the job. We expanded the entire rear of the house and included a basement office.
