This home needed a lot of TLC. We took this second story off pushed out the back of the house and got an incredible 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths in this custom home addition and renovation!

7 Highland Road
This old farmhouse had been moved once but was since neglected. Built in the late 1800s it had square nails and beautiful archways buried under the plaster. This time it was given a custom remodel to last another 100 years. Special bonus is we found some old love letters from WWII in the attic. - How about that for a story?

Sometimes a home can't be saved, as was the case here where the original home was involved in a fire. This home made the most of the corner lot that was left. We collaborated with lauded Architect TM Vavra to reimagine this homes placement and use. This unique home offers 2 primary suites 2 laundry hook ups an attic office and 5 bedrooms! Some of the special touches I love are the coffered beams and the LED lit tray ceiling above the kitchen island.

This is my favorite project because it was for my mother. We did a family division of a lot we own and built. A new custom home in Bon Air. My heart leaps keeping my favorite client nearby. Keeping Mom close ranks up there as the best thing that I've ever done. We'd love to help you keep family close.

Plus one! Vacant lots offer opportunity for new neighbors. Own a lot build a family. CDW Homes worked on this with an investor neighbor Janice LoveJoy w/ Long and Foster. Together we designed and built this lovely home in an emerging part of the city.

This home remodel was super challenging and rewarding. On the front we added a middle entrance at the breeze way and a beautiful barrel ceiling front porch. We removed the garage roof and added a spacious master suite with plenty of storage space. We expanded the rear of the home to add family room with a vaulted ceiling.

Whole rear of House Addition near Scotts Add...
This project was done for a dear friend who bought his neighbors house after the matriarch died. He did the interior demolition then called in us to finish the job. Here we tastefully expanded the entire rear of the house to include a basement office. Unfortunately I'll have to go back and get finished pictures. Too busy working hard and moving on to the next beautiful story. David added another 2.0 after the addition and has filled the house quite nicely.
