This is my favorite project because it was for my mother. We did a family division of a lot we own and built.  A new custom home in Bon Air.  My heart leaps keeping my favorite client nearby.  Keeping Mom close ranks up there as the best thing that I've ever done.  We'd love to help you keep family close.

This old farmhouse had been moved once but was since neglected.  Built in the late 1800s it had square nails and beautiful archways buried under the plaster. This time it was remodeled to last another 100 years. Click below to wee more.

Enjoy life at the 50 yard line. This home was built for family. Forget yards this one has 4 luxurious bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Every inch was calculated and thoughtful!

Plus one!  Vacant lots offer opportunity for new neighbors. Own a lot build a family.  CDW Homes worked on this with an investor neighbor Janice LoveJoy w/ Long and Foster.  Together we designed and built this lovely home in an emerging part of the city.  

This project was done for a dear friend who bought his neighbors house after the matriarch died. He did the interior demolition then called in us to finish the job. Here we tastefully expanded the entire rear of the house to include a basement office.  Unfortunately I'll have to go back and get finished pictures. Too busy working hard and moving on to the next beautiful story.  David added another 2.0 after the addition and has filled the house quite nicely.
